This is the residents' association resident-led inquiry into the fire at Samuel Garside House, a devastating tragedy that took place on 9 June 2019.
We promise, as a residents association, that we will not forget.
Fire Safety Campaign Fund
Due to the recent atrocious fire at Samuel Garside House in DePass Gardens,
the Barking Reach Residents Association (BRRA) has setup a fire safety campaign fund in order to assist Barking Riverside residents on fire safety issues within the estate.
Funds will be used to campaign for particular causes, such as pushing for the removal of wooden cladding and other flammable materials from building structure all around the estate, legal support for those affected residents,
and campaigning for the reallocation of such residents, for instance.
